Return Policy

We hope that you're pleased with your purchase from PartsArcade, however we do understand that occasionally, you may need to return goods to us. We've set out below the main reasons why goods tend to be returned, so please read all of the categories and follow the returns process which you feel applies to you.

If you need to return a purchased item, please contact with us by or discuss with our Live Chat assistant. All items sold by PartsArcade are covered by warranty of 30 days against defects, except as otherwise specified on an individual basis on the invoice. Defect in this context means manufacturer's defects. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from work done by any other technicians. We do not guarantee compatibility.



PARTSARCADE will charge 15-30% restocking fee for all returns. All returns are must be in good condition. We require minimum restocking fees £15 without our shipping cost.

Buyer will pay return delivery charge.

All product returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by PARTSARCADE.


We always ship the products based on the product models or part number and conditions. If you receive the product labelled by different brand but with the same part number, we cannot refund your order for this case but we can replace that product with your desired brand if we have it in our stock.

Defective Product Exchange is returned to PARTSARCADE at customer’s expense. The return products will be sent via ground shipments and we will charge extra shipping cost if the customers require fast shipment. Please check the Product Condition Specification in the Terms & Conditions page make sure about the condition of the product. If you make mistake to choose the right product and request us to return the product and/or refund, we’ll NOT accept this kind of request.

All products in retail boxes are subject to manufacturer's warranty and the manufacturer must be contacted directly in order to obtain a (RMA) number and shipping instructions. We will not take back any retail or manufacturer warranty products. After the first 15 days of invoice, all returns and replacements must be handled directly with the manufacture. Manufacture's warranties vary by product category.

Products that are marked with "Manufacturer Warranty" are NOT covered by PARTSARCADE and are directly serviced by the manufacturer. PARTSARCADE does not claim responsibility for the warranty of these items and is not responsible to authorize any returns. These products are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer for further details.

If the product is Dead On Arrival (DOA), customers have the time period of up to 10 days from the date of the invoice to submit the return ticket. We do not take any product back if it is physically damaged by the customer. Please notify the shipper and us immediately if you receive damaged merchandise. If the damage is visible then call us and refuse the order. We insure most orders. To return products all customer return request form must be completed within 14 days from the date of purchase. 
Any purchase returned to must be returned PARTSARCADE within 30 days from the date of invoice.

For all Defective Product returns, the customer prepays return shipping; PARTSARCADE will pay freight to the Customer. PARTSARCADE does not offer price protection on products that have already shipped. Any return of a product that has had a price drop is processed at the then current price.

Any kinds of burned products will not be replaced or refunded. Damaged or missing product must be notified within 3 days upon receipt of package else we will refuse the request.


All approved refund will be the current value or sale price of the returned product at PARTSARCADE, whichever is lower, minus any applicable fee and/or charges.


The following rules apply according to the reason for return:

Unopened or Opened box: A 30% restocking fee will be applied.

Defective item: A replacement will be sent to the customer once we receive the defective item. Defective item will be replaced with the same model only. If the replacement is not available, we will give you full refund for the item.

Received Wrong Item: The correct item will be shipped to you immediately upon our receipt of the incorrect item. 
Item Damaged in Transit: If you receive a shipping carton that shows obvious damage, please refuse the shipment. The shipping carrier is responsible for these damages, not you. If, upon opening the carton, you discover that the product was damaged during shipment, contact the carrier for inspection. If your order was shipped via Royal Mail and arrives damaged, save the original packing materials and call Royal Mail to report the damage. Then please contact us and PARTSARCADE will file a claim.

To submit a RMA request, we require information:

a) Order number

b) Serial number

c) Reason for return & Action to take

d) Whether the box has been opened or is manufacturer sealed


International orders and shipping associated with international orders-returns is always at the customer’s expense. PARTSARCADE will never refund shipping fees to the customers for both U.K. and international shipping.

Failure to return a product within the applicable return period or 10 days will be deemed an acceptance of the product. PARTSARCADE must receive the returned product within 10 days upon issue of the RMA or the RMA will be void.


Order Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancle the order from his website account before order status shows 'APPROVED'. After cancellation will will refund your payment.
